Biogénesis Bagó

Brand governance across markets, languages, and institutional audiences.

Brand Governance, Digital Systems, Scientific Communication, Multilingual Content

Context

Biogénesis Bagó is a global biotechnology company in animal health, operating across regulated and high-stakes environments. The organization develops and delivers specialized solutions, working with veterinarians, farmers, institutions, and governments.

Regional subsidiaries adapt communication for local markets while maintaining scientific accuracy, institutional credibility, and alignment with global standards.

My work spanned the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Africa.

Nature of engagement

An ongoing stewardship under renewable annual contracts.

The work centers on continuous governance across regional subsidiaries, maintaining clarity, coherence, and authority as operations evolve.

Core responsibility

The information was technically accurate. The challenge was synthesis. Scientific content was often presented uniformly across audiences, resulting in flat communication, low engagement, and limited differentiation.

Each audience required a distinct narrative structure:
• Veterinarians engaged with technical precision.
• Farmers required clarity and relevance.
• Institutions evaluated credibility.
• Governments assessed structure and trust.

Creative decisions required familiarity with animal health, disease context, vaccination programs, and institutional processes, ensuring scientific accuracy remained intact while communication became meaningful.

Approach

My role centers on translation through judgment. Complex scientific information is structured into clear hierarchies, differentiated narratives, and audience-specific formats.

Across all regions and outputs, the work follows three principles:
• Precision: scientific and technical accuracy remains intact
• Hierarchy: information is structured with intent
• Continuity: all outputs function within a unified communication framework

This allows communication to adapt to local audiences while remaining consistent at an institutional level.

Scope of governance

The work spans multiple layers of communication, treated as a single system:

Regional Websites

Progressive redesign across MENA, introducing stronger structure, multilingual architecture, and editorial logic while remaining aligned with global standards.
A parallel system was authored and launched for Africa from first principles.

Institutional and Government Presentations

Redesign of institutional materials used in government tenders, particularly vaccination programs.
Fragmented content was structured into clear, authoritative narratives capable of supporting high-stakes decisions.

Multilingual Content Systems

Content is authored and governed across English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.
The focus remains on preserving meaning, structure, and tone across languages.

Digital, Motion, and Social Communication

Ongoing creation of structured content, animated informational reels, and internal video material. Motion supports clarity and comprehension. Across all outputs, information is structured with clarity and intent.

Regional Contrast

MENA

An existing operation required restructuring and elevation.
Information was reorganized into clearer narratives, audience-specific messaging, and more credible institutional material.

AFRICA

A new operation required authorship from inception. Brand presence, content systems, and tone were established from the outset, ensuring alignment and long-term coherence.
